Music Release Agreement

Artist (The term artist shall include writers of music and/or lyrics, or any musician or singer recording lyrics or music.) hereby grants to WJXN 109.3 (2RAW4RADIO), a division of 3 Macs & A Nerd Productions (collectively, “Company”) the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty‐free, and worldwide license to broadcast, distribute, modify, and duplicate the “Song” or “Songs” as submitted in all forms and all formats of media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, downloadable and streaming podcast/netcasts (including those podcasts/netcasts distributed via “WJXN 109.3 (2RAW$RADIO)” and their distribution partners who carry WJXN 109.3(2RAW4RADIO) podcasts/netcasts).

Full and complete consideration for the rights granted to Company herein shall be Company’s potential promotion and/or use of the Song(s) in its programming. Artist hereby agrees to waive all mechanical, performance, master use, sync, and any and all other fees, obligations, or royalties related to Company’s use of the Song(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company makes no guarantee that the Company will make any use of the Song(s).

Artist represents and warrants that Artist is the sole copyright owner(s) of both the sound recordings and the musical composition of the material included and is fully authorized to grant this release. Artist further represents and warrants that Company’s use of the Song or Songs hereunder will not, in any way, violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Artist agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Company harmless from and against any and all damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses incurred by Company as a result of the breach of Artist’s representations and/or warranties set forth herein, including attorney fees.

Signed or unsigned, this document is binding if you submit music to WJXN 109.3 (2RAW4RADIO). Artist agrees electronic submission of this form constitutes a digital signature to suffice as a signed release.
